The numbers I stated were solely for DeadHead compensation. As in the money we are paid to sit in the back of an airplane as we travel to and from Denver for training events. I based them off the May Bid packet. Your welcome to do the math if you like. Honestly It's about what you would think it is. Frontier has to move around 1800 pilots from out base to Denver and back twice a year. The cost on that adds up. IDK how much everything else is. That is why I used Dead Head compensation as a reference. Because I know the pay rates , the number of pilots in each base and the travel times. I wish I could give a more complete number even if it were just to add the sims, but I just don't know how much they pay for sims, hotels, or transportation eca. Be sure unless there is some giant pit the F9 Executives are burning money as sacrifice to the gods of AQP Frontier will save a lot more that 1-2 million a year. If you want the best number find the budget for recurrent training and multiply it by 0.33 then add the additional cost of AQP
-AQP does have costs of it's own. Every one I have spoken with indicates it is expensive to set up and carries a higher cost than our current program. Actual numbers on that are hard to come by.
Those nickels and dimes could make the difference between having a functioning long term disability plan for our industry. and having the one we currently have that will drop you like a sack of potato's a month after major surgery because you could get a job sweeping floors somewhere.

Please read (not social media/pilot rumor) up on Ltd before voting because that’s not close to how it works and what we need to achieve to get to industry standard. I’m really not trying to pick on you but you keep posting revisionist history and incorrect information at a time it’s just not helpful.
