In July BL said that round of 8 upgrades would be the last small bid. Moving forward they would be 24. The 10 is not even close and it’s just to replace captains that are leaving. Interesting. I thought about it a little differently. Only growing the airline by 20 per month so half the growth would be captains hence the 10 captains. But your mention of captains leaving does cause a problem with my basic formula.
