I’m unsuccessfully trying to put in a “move my reserve off days” request. I get the following error message:

“Violates Off-day Grouping Requirements”

My current schedule has XX days, 31Aug-11Sep and 15Sep-17Sep, and the rest on call days. I don’t understand why I cannot request to move off days 5-7Sep to 18-20Sep. This request would satisfy the 3-99-5, so what am I missing?
