You cannot move X days from the middle of an X day block. Basically however many blocks of X days you get in PBS is the maximum you can have. Taking X days from the middle of a long block takes that single block and turns it into 2 blocks, which because of reasons is not allowed. You can only move X days starting from the beginning or end of an X day block.
