You see Andy, that's the point I'm trying to make here. It's not for me or you to decide what makes sense for someone else. You seem to be so hung up on you knowing what is right for someone else, you can't see this.
There are a lot of reasons it could be a good choice for someone. Is it for everyone, NOPE.
Not to mention, the CA/FO ratio is normalizing again, as this is happening, there is more and more flying for the FO's. The available reserves in my base was down to 3 when I checked while attempting to drop something last week.
It's the lack of CAs is what has been holding YX back from taking on more flying.
