Be careful, the union is very upset with new hires nowadays, they do not like the demographic change that has been drastically happening in the past 3 years. you got to have a strong back to deal with that angry crowd. Most of us do our job, don't pay attention to the screaming crazies and at times have to deal with the moron who AOG 6 planes in 6 days, running his own work action campaign and screwing with his partners.
Truth and when they get a phone call about it they scream about how the company is pressuring them to fly unsafe and then want the union to protect them.
Fortunately these guys are becoming less and less on the road. They are still out there but they have been educated or now go after fdp instead.
