I had a CJO at both as well and I chose here. This was pre-contract clearly. The biggest reasons I did so were stability, time off, 3-day trips are the norm and flexibility. Upgrade times don’t bother me all that much, as I don’t want to sit reserve forever. WB flying isn’t my thing either.

the new ta is coming here in a few months. It will at least match the other 3 or it won’t go anywhere. Age 67 is also coming and you can expect upgrades to increase elsewhere, but not really here due to low retirements next 2 years.

tough choice. But drive to work first. The rest is extra.
