If age 60-65 is any indication then yes, legacy hiring will indeed slow down which will cut, I predict, our attrition by half, even if we are the preferred source of pilots for the legacies. Legacies have already cleaned house with pilots who wanted to leave early. I bet 90%+ who didn’t take the early out will continue to age 67.
