1. To be assigned one of these captain spots at indoc, they must already meet 121 requirements to hold captain. It said it cannot be assigned unless they do.
2. While freeze is active from award, the length of the freeze is essentially variable based on what I am reading is an “imputed activation date” and is based on when the person meets the 350 hrs in type at UA requirement.
