Here's a bit about my situation: I'm in my late twenties and have been with Spirit for the past 15 months. I currently live in South Florida, and if I were to accept the United offer, I'd need to commute to a United base, which would be a change.

I've had a great experience at Spirit so far, and I've grown both personally and professionally during my time here.

On the flip side, United has opportunities for career advancement and the broader route network is enticing, but the uncertainty and potential disruptions associated with commuting are daunting.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from those who've been in a similar situation or anyone with knowledge about the pros and cons of switching airlines. How did you make your decision? Are there factors I should consider that I might not be thinking of right now?
