You don't have to to try to sell this contract, but at least have a fair discussion to the pros and cons. Seems we had a fairly large problem with that on the last contract.

Not at all. Where I see sick time going back into your bank as compensation, you elect to see it as money being taken from you. I’ll simply take my debited sick time at a time of my choosing.
