When you look at the total package at UAL and DAL, I can not imagine why anyone would come to FedEx unless TA2 is a huge win. And I am not holding my breath out for that. Their work rules (especially Delta's all long call for reserve), reroute pay (150%-200%), 200%+ for "draft" assignments and their profit sharing (Delta had 21.5% of their pay!!!) makes it an easy decision.
