United TA and FedEx Sucks Again

Awesome. Good for UAL. While ALPA feeds us dribbles. The company asks us to do more. All while counting their gold
like Scrooge McQuack in his vault. How many man hours did we spend locked in communist prison cells? Company made BILLIONS. I hope everyone is as ****ed off as I am seeing United blend FedEx Narrowbody rates into Widebody UAL pay. The best the NC could do was $300/hr year 4 Narrowbody CAPT while UAL will send a TA with $348/hr for a 4 year 75/A321 CA.
We suck again.

When you look at the total package at UAL and DAL, I can not imagine why anyone would come to FedEx unless TA2 is a huge win. And I am not holding my breath out for that. Their work rules (especially Delta's all long call for reserve), reroute pay (150%-200%), 200%+ for "draft" assignments and their profit sharing (Delta had 21.5% of their pay!!!) makes it an easy decision.
Our company and union greatly undervalued us ... and we almost fell for it.
