Yeah, I love that section in UAL's contract that allows them to extend your trip into your vacation and allowing you to claim up to $1500 in lost money due to unrecoverable vacation expenses.
I've been extended the full 3.5 days into days off multiple times here at FedEx. Lost out on several trips planned. Pretty sure at UA a line-holder can't be extended that far into days off multiple times per month or year.
