I have to admit, most of the OP’s stuff sounds like jealousy from foreign pilots. ACMI guys here crush most foreign flag carriers’ salaries. While I don’t blame them for resenting being paid less while working harder, it’s a waste of their emotional energy. I don’t spend my days sweating how much money my company’s CEO makes.
