Gotta give back a little bonus $$ but could still be worth it. I'm all ears if I'm not thinking about this right. Seems like a good gamble to me though. Obviously, any startup has risks so I get that.
Or just get your app in at Delta or United then update AA once your hired or leverage the CJOs..::.

Money at the legacy carrier will be better…. Even as an FO… Or go to United and upgrade after a year…
