The communication put out by our MEC stated there is a long road between merger approval and a JCBA, and as much as they would like to state full support for the merger many questions remain, including economic disparities and equal work for equal pay. To be honest I don’t know what they expect, as specific terms were not discussed, but what I gleaned from the message was they want some sort of assurances of parity specifically from B6 management in the interim to the JCBA. NK management was not mentioned. Your guess is as good as mine.
