Put yourself in TC’s position. He already raised pilot pay once to stem attrition. If it didn’t help then why would he raise pay again?

All a new MEC can do is ASK for more money. That’s it.

I get that you’re upset, but I think you’re focusing on the wrong end of the formula. If you want a fast change in your situation the best thing as others have said is to leave and go elsewhere. If you want to stick it out here, I do fully think it will get better, but it’s not a quick fix and replacing the MEC going into a merger is irresponsible and selfish in my view.
It's not even about asking for more money. It's about the same $h!t every time with the selling tactics. Phone calls going out harassing and convincing people to vote yes. Road show were more of a "VOTE YES OR ELSE" and look where we are at again massively below our peers. gtfo, at this point , might as well get some new blood on the table.
