An email that would also suggest that that we would need a LOA to address these issues similar to Jblue. Yes the company knows the info and the pilots are aware of the situation, so what is the point of the email to pilot group other than reinforce the fact that we are now on the bottom tier in relation to our peers at other airlines? Or is it to state that the negotiating committee failed and came in very low "in a ever-evolving rapidly changing landscape" and refused to go back to the table after other airlines came out with their TAs that were much better than ours. Instead of re-polling the pilot group they chose to hard sell us to take the deal.
We all want better pay and work rules. That’s not something unique to those asking to replace our MEC and NC. You voted yes knowing what DELTA had on the table, that’s on you. Or maybe you voted No, either way the pilot group voted yes. That’s not really on the NC or MEC.
