It's not even about asking for more money. It's about the same $h!t every time with the selling tactics. Phone calls going out harassing and convincing people to vote yes. Road show were more of a "VOTE YES OR ELSE" and look where we are at again massively below our peers. gtfo, at this point , might as well get some new blood on the table.
I’m all for after merger is done. PS and SM have been on the NC too long, and I can’t stand their sell tactics either, which is why I take what they say with a huge grain of salt.
