49 CA's left this year too. I don't blame them... if you are in your 30's and a junior CA or borderline upgrading to CA it makes sense to leave with all these new TA's that just passed at the legacies
that’s actually a little crazy. We see very few captains leave(outside retirements) it’s in the single digits.
