If you think they would still be filling classes at $60/hr first year pay and then transition to the old pay scale I don’t know what to tell you. Getting everything that kicks in 01/24 right up front would have at least been better than the TA. The TA passed and I’ve made my peace with that, but this lingering sentiment that we might have gotten nothing at all is proof that scare tactics work.
I’ve never disputed any of those things, except for the one about a guarantee that if we just vote no we would have gotten more. How much more? What’s your crystal ball say.
