there is a graphic floating around on FB that outlines the math. Basically in 2022 we had 8.5B in PS eligible wages company wide. For 2023 they expect that number to be about 30% higher, or roughly 11B
1B PS pool /11B in wages comes out to 9 ish %
the pool should be ~ $1.3B
