JSX sounds like a good idea until you realize that the PIC could have a total of 1500 hours and the FO 500 hours, flying a clapped out E145. You get what you pay for.
Thats not the problem in my book. The problem is ALL of the other Part 121 regulations that they don’t have to abide by.
