JSX sounds like a good idea until you realize that the PIC could have a total of 1500 hours and the FO 500 hours, flying a clapped out E145. You get what you pay for.
Are you saying that 1500 hours isn't enough to be PIC and that the requirements need to be raised?
(also - it's highly doubtful that insurance allows a 1500 PIC on a ERJ)
