Anyone else notice a shift for the worse in the last year? QOL is industry bottom and our VP thinks we have it the best. Its just crazy. We get barely 12 days off while other regionals are getting quite a bit more. I know our union is trying, but seem to be shut down with anything that would make this a desirable place to be. If the VP and DO are trying to run this company into the ground and drive away prospective pilots, they sure are doing a good job of it. Nothing but terrible things have happened since the new VP took over. I got my offer to united, so ill be out in a few weeks anyway.
