Thanks CO. What a silly thing to write. Do you think that Pilots are to stupid to know that? Do you not think that they don’t look at all of the variables before deciding to stay? In your one dimensional world it may be a simple decision to leave, but to most others it gets complicated. I would think that the pilot group would be better off without people who look at the situation, amount of effort required to improve things and then think that the best option is to leave.
