Most junior is a May 23 hire. For what it’s worth, they told us classes are full rest of the year and they have a pool of pilots for the next 6+ months. By then things will look different with even more 220s on property. I believe we’re receiving 4 in December alone. But in general CHS is senior.
they told us they have roughly 40 pilots in the hiring pool for the next 6 months. That doesn’t translate into massive growth, as promised.
also there is currently a wave of very senior captains leaving, as well as the normal revolving door of new hires that leave. We haven’t been able to consistently keep more than 400 pilots on the seniority list for any length of time
