I'm not aware of any official policy on conversions at WOA, but I'd use .3/sortie and be prepared to "show your work" if asked, and since you'll most likely use some sort of spreadsheet to do it, I'd work it both ways. Get that ATP done and I'd think about doing the FE written as well, it's easy enough.

Full disclosure, I didn't use a conversion since I had >3K/1K hours without it. I am inherantly lazy like so many pilots, and the question didn't come up.
