As a new hire at the company I would like to get some people's opinions on the company.

It certainly seems as though there are many many extremely disgruntled and hateful former employees from years past (and seemingly justifiably so).
While I would like to get any of these former employee's perspective as well, Im really interested in the more recent employees opinions?

How was training, how long did you sit reserve? How bad was reserve, what did it look like each day? How much time are you getting off per month and how much flight time are you getting?
Also how often are you able to get premium pay (and how much is the premium pay usually).

Also just any other info a new hire should know.
