Default Quick question about gojet training

I wanted to ask if the company does go belly up is it worth it to just go here and get the training done
how is their training. I heard they farm it out to flight safety and they don’t own any level d simulator
plus gojet is NOT AQP training and they have a reputation in the past as not quality training and a high washout rate
any current gojet pilots care to comment how the training is.

thanks

Based on the grammar and punctuation in your post I would say to skip Gojet’s training.

Is this development related at all to the draw downs of the CRJ200's on the DAL side of the house?

As a new hire at the company I would like to get some people's opinions on the company.

It certainly seems as though there are many many extremely disgruntled and hateful former employees from years past (and seemingly justifiably so).
While I would like to get any of these former employee's perspective as well, Im really interested in the more recent employees opinions?

How was training, how long did you sit reserve? How bad was reserve, what did it look like each day? How much time are you getting off per month and how much flight time are you getting?
Also how often are you able to get premium pay (and how much is the premium pay usually).

Also just any other info a new hire should know.

thanks in advanced.

There are some guys who really like to bash this place. It worked for me. I left a handful of years ago and at the time plenty of guys were landing at the top 6 carriers like AA, DL, UA, SWA, FDX, and UPS. It has only accelerated since then. It's like most regionals, you do your time and get out. You certainly dont want to get cozy at any regional, you give up seniority at your final stop. Don't let the sour grapes rattle you.

You don't really have any days off while on reserve. Or while a lineholder.

If Gojet calls and you pick up the phone and answer, scheduling will consider you notified of your assignment. If you refuse to fly on your day off, you will be disciplined. Too many refusals to fly on your day off and the chief will ruin your disciplinary record, and that will prevent your progress in the Aviate scam.
