Management here wipes their arse with the contract and FDX ALPA does absolutely nothing about it. The regional I worked at had a union with more teeth. And this isn't an ALPA issue, it's a FDX ALPA issue. Way too cozy and cordial of a relationship with management. Most of the time it's hard to tell if FDX ALPA is an advocate for the pilots or an advocate for management. Good luck to you and sorry that happened.
