I want this fixed. I didn’t mean to hurt elder sensitivities (apologies), but I guess my real question is: How has this complete sh!tshow sked policy survived here as long as it has?

I like to gripe, I like fixing things more. I will engage with my rep too. Dart is done.

Im no spring chicken, I’ve made my bed here. If this policy isn’t industry standard, it needs to go.
This amongst other things would be a real QOL improvement as we look towards the next TA.
