Im no spring chicken, I’ve made my bed here. If this policy isn’t industry standard, it needs to go.
This amongst other things would be a real QOL improvement as we look towards the next TA.

So why do you pit the newer pilots against those that have been here for a while?
I'm not sure about industry standard, but other airlines have their version of this as well.
Why not answer my questions here? It may possibly help others and you can do it without giving identifying information.
