Well now I am curious, about the healthcare differences here. Whats the difference in cost per month to you and me, 50$ -100$ a month? Even at only 12$ an hour more an hour you are going to be making that difference up pretty quickly. Side note - What steps of the payscale between NK and B6 are there only a 12$ an hour difference, off the top of my head I would think only year 1/2 FO, but I don't have the tables in front of me.
I like our flight attendants. I rarely see them in the same hotels as us but I tend to enjoy it when they are worth spending time with.
