Side note - What steps of the payscale between NK and B6 are there only a 12$ an hour difference, off the top of my head I would think only year 1/2 FO, but I don't have the tables in front of me.

I like our flight attendants. I rarely see them in the same hotels as us but I tend to enjoy it when they are worth spending time with.
As far as the healthcare, NK offers more choices for health care plans. JBLU seems to offer only high deductible plans in HRA/HSA formats where the companny contirbutes money each year to the fund and the pilot uses that to offset the high dedctible for the HSA/HRA. NK offers HRA and HSA high deductible plans as well, however with higher company contributions. JBLU offers I believe $2000 for your HRA once a wellness check is done, $1000 before and $1000 after the wellness exam. NK HRA family is $3000 annually, no wellness exam required, you get the money Jan1 for the family.

In addition, NK offers POS plans for those who rather have lower decutibles and pay a coinsurance from the first visit of the year vs wokring towards a high deducitble.

But even comparing just the NK HRA/HSA plans vs JBLU HRA/HSA plans apples to apples, NK has a greater company seen fund, less effective deductibles and less max out of pocket for a catastrophic year in which someone in the family gets very sick and you are required to max out deductibles; NK max is $9640 out of pocket, JBLU is $14000. All these numbers are on the contract comparison guide.

Also, not a big deal, but our dental insuance is free as well with any health plan, PPO or DMO, free.

I dont have access to your premiums but NK does have very good healthcare for those of us with families. I know young single pilots might not look too deep into family coverage and max out of pocket amounts, but NK does have very nice coverage.

Doesn't matter anyways, need to get past the court case and JBLU needs to proceed with this cluster. The fact some moron is talking about the word "Applebees" being in a CBA when both airlines are hemoraging money just shows how some cant see the forest for the f'n trees.

None of this matters now.
