BDL has very attractive lines of flying most layovers are 20 hrs in LAS, SFO, SNA, MCO. FO’s are getting an average of 20 days off a month. Trips are super easy, usually one and done. Our daily rigs of 6.25 hrs add a lot of soft pay. Most guys crediting around 110-120 hrs a month (trip rigs also help). Next year reserve will be 15 days off.
