Have you called/e-mailed pilot hiring that you already have a class date at AA/DL? That would work wonders if the only thing limiting you is that you work for SkyWest.
I have not done that yet. I thought about it, but I did not want to come across as arrogant. The one thing I feel I am really missing is a college degree, other than that, I have never failed a check-ride or training event, I have between 3,500 and 4,000 hours total and around 300 hours PIC under Part 121. CFI-I A & H, MEI, IGI/AGI, and Gold Seal (not sure if it even matters)... and I speak fluently three languages.
So far, I interviewed with two majors, and I received two CJOs.
