Would now be a good time to submit the app to UA? Biggest question is whether its an updateable application, as I'm obviously not competitive yet and I plan to update my hours and employment as those change to be more competitive going forward. But I also don't want to submit it if it's not updateable and might wait until I'm more competitive..?
