I fly both quite a bit on long hauls and the American FA's make multiple runs through the cabin front to back picking up trash. Then they come back to front to make sure they get the stuff out of the seat pockets. When you deplane coach looks about like when you boarded. At Delta the flight attendants often only make one pass back to front and at the speed they are moving it's hard to get rid of trash. When you deplane coach is just a mess. It's even worse on international. You wade through the garbage.
I think it's hit or miss on the intl flights that I see, sometimes the cabin is pretty clean in FC.
