you're absolutely right. but it is not my opinion that management is very content and happy with the status quo.
management no longer has an attrition problem and AR helped them solve it. they is also benefitting from our rock bottom retirement contribution and below average rates (merely below average with the bonus structure).
and these are locked in for the next 3-4 years while we are in mediation. these are not opinions. these are facts.
