Stupid oversight by the EXCO. Released from trusteeship on Jan 1 but paperwork was dated Feb. They made a stupid assumption about when their term ends and now it could end up costing us time-wise. I think the best thing that could come from this is to overwhelmingly re-elect AR to show strong solidarity to the company.

Why should we reward this ‘oversight?’ What other ‘oversights’ have occurred in other areas in the last several years that have negatively affected us? I can think of several in our arbitration fiascos, that’s just what we know about. Ask anyone who’s sat opposite AR in negotiations and you will hear a litany of ‘oversights’ that he has made. This mistake could have easily and may still force us into trusteeship where we will lose most of our cash to national. We cannot afford to continue to empower a leader that is so unprepared in so many aspects. This election is our chance to improve our position, we should not settle for the status quo.

My statement has nothing to do with liking AR, *******, it’s just about keeping the same personnel in place to finish this out. When he’s done, have a recall vote for all I care, but you put new people in place and we could end up right back at square 1.

Project much? 90% of the posts I’ve seen from you are about AR.

I don’t want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. I’m think AR is our best choice at this time. But we have an opportunity to vote on the eboard and trustees. I’m thinking we can put people in positions to challenge AR. We should make the most of this.
