I'm starting to wonder if all of these accounts encouraging pilots to leave are management shills. It's almost like the whipsaw of the regionals back in the day.

"Hey everyone, quit and give up your seniority at carrier A to start over at carrier B on first year pay because the upgrades are better here..."

There's no emotions, i was talking to the young crowd that's somewhat junior. Of course the senior guys really have no reason to leave and are older. I was giving advice to the younger groups. The retirement numbers don't lie, they will continue to be big for years to come. If you can be a CA very quickly at a legacy TODAY, just wait a few years when places like AA,Ual really start retiring..truly is a no brainer... This is advice to the younger guys (mostly 45 and younger)
