The retirement numbers don't lie, they will continue to be big for years to come. If you can be a CA very quickly at a legacy TODAY, just wait a few years when places like AA,Ual really start retiring..truly is a no brainer... This is advice to the younger guys (mostly 45 and younger)
Also, 2nd year NB FO at a legacy is $180/hr now, 3rd year is over $200, so you’ll break even after 2-3 years of you don’t want to take an upgrade somewhere else.
