Ok well that's a bit different. Junior pilots should absolutely consider it. But you stated anyone under 45 should be getting out, and we've got quite a few pilots in the 35-45 year age range who are well into the top 50% and will likely remain in a good seniority position (assuming the merger happens) with a snap up to legacy rates.

I know this because I am one of them, and hardly any of us are leaving.
