There is a bidding guide in PDF format on EPIC. Just type in "bidding guide" in the search window and it is the SLIC, which is the third one (last one) down. Here is the link which you can try after logging in to epic which I think will work.

Yup, that's the one they gave us. Lot of stuff in there I kind of wish they had explained to us, but I suppose it wouldn't have done much good then. Kind of hard to explain how to work SBS to someone that has never seen it before.
