Except for the fact they've TA'ed a section or two already. Don't get me wrong, it's a joke of a section, like parking.

Genuine question, does the union have a binder of our complete TA they want and put it on the desk for the company to look at? I was under the impression that they would get easier ones out of the way (like parking) and build up to the harder ones later on. I've understood that since the company is being the way they were last time, there's no reason to keep going section by section looking for agreements. The company isn't going to agree to anything with meat on the bone. A key factor in getting to mediation is presenting all sections to the company. So they are starting to throw a lot more on the table just to get the ball rolling.
