I am flying often mostly for free and can generally get upgraded to the front of coach or a choice exit row seat. Leaving tomorrow in fact and just upgraded for free. The card is well worth it! Finally joined the credit card "points" game; if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Non-rev sucks, DAL "super doooper low discount for employee travel" ain't all that.
Not on DAL though. They really, uh, "heavily modified" their program. There are better CC options out there for free airline travel.
