It all depends on seat and base. So you can't just say "oh I have a few friends" and that means everyone at every legacy only live at the airport. I have a friend who is a new hire 787 FO at UAL and he hasn't been called off reserve in 3 months. Ok, Not being called on Reserve is not a day off, lol. I highly dislike when people categorgize it as that. You arent free to be, or do whatever you want.
