PO doesn’t follow the rules. Let’s not re-write history. PO intentionally violates the bylaws. There’s a difference between intentional violation and just making a procedural error.
Not to mention there’s no excuse for sowing division by airing dirty laundry.
There’s a difference between intentionally taking off without a clearance and reading back the wrong frequency.
